Wafer type butterfly valve, semi lug, with centric disc and bonded liner. 100% bi-directional bubble tight shut off. The 2 pieces shaft desgin provide advantages of easy operation and easy maintenances.

Component Design
Mounting Pad: ISO5211 mounting pad for easy direct mounting of all types of actuators: handles, gear operators, electric and pneumatic.
Weather Seal: To bushing keeps dust and moisture from entering the upper shaft journal.
Bushings: Shaft bushing reduces torque and isolates the shaft from the valve body, preventing seizure of the shaft due to corrosion in the shaft journal.
Seat: Pnenoli-back seat with advantages of non-collapsible, stretch resistant, blow out proof and field replaceable Optional: rubber seat can be vulcanized to body
Shaft: Two pieces shaft allows the disc to float within the flow way, increasing the cycle life.
